Bối cảnh

Mỗi dashboard tuyển dụng trên Power BI đều bắt đầu từ cùng một phần việc: vẽ nền, chọn màu, chừa chỗ cho KPI, biểu đồ và bộ lọc, rồi căn từng visual cho thẳng hàng. Làm thủ công mất hàng giờ, và mỗi báo cáo lại trông một kiểu.

HR & Recruitment Dashboard Builder dựng sẵn bộ khung đó cho người làm nhân sự. Các trang mẫu bám theo những chỉ số team TA theo dõi hằng ngày: yêu cầu tuyển, tỷ lệ hoàn thành, SLA, tỷ lệ nhận offer, phễu ứng viên và trải nghiệm hội nhập. Bạn chỉnh bố cục, xuất làm ảnh nền rồi đặt visual thật lên.

Tính năng

• 8 trang mẫu nhân sự, từ tổng quan tuyển dụng, phễu ứng viên, SLA đến hội nhập và nhân lực. Thêm, nhân bản, đổi tên, tối đa 30 trang.
• 7 kiểu điều hướng: thanh bên có bộ lọc, thanh bên gọn, thanh bên nổi, thanh icon, thanh trên, tab trên hoặc không có. Đổi kiểu là visual tự sắp lại.
• 12 bảng màu và 8 màu tuỳ chỉnh cho nền, visual, KPI, điều hướng, kèm bo góc và trang nền tối.
• Thư viện visual nhân sự: phễu, thời gian tuyển, xếp hạng recruiter, khảo sát hội nhập, cơ cấu nhân sự, bảng dữ liệu. Kéo thả, đổi kích thước, bắt dính lưới, căn chỉnh.
• Xuất file: PNG 2×, SVG từng trang hoặc cả bộ, theme Power BI, file bố cục để mở lại, bảng tọa độ X/Y/W/H.
• Bộ lọc, lưới và logo: thanh bên có 3–9 ô lọc tự giãn đều; lưới 12 hoặc 24 cột kèm thước đo, bắt dính theo cột; khung logo ở góc tiêu đề hoặc đầu thanh điều hướng, tải được logo thật.
• Song ngữ trọn vẹn: đổi VI/EN là đổi cả giao diện lẫn tên trang, KPI và nhãn trên ảnh xuất. Có hoàn tác, làm lại và tự lưu nháp.

Dùng với Power BI

1. Chọn khung: kích thước trang, kiểu điều hướng và bảng màu.
2. Sắp bố cục từng trang: kéo thả, thêm hoặc xoá KPI, biểu đồ, bảng, bộ lọc.
3. Xuất PNG 2× hoặc SVG, kèm file theme Power BI.
4. Trong Power BI: Format → Canvas background, chọn ảnh, Image fit = Fit, transparency 0%. Nạp theme ở View → Themes → Browse for themes.
5. Sao chép bảng tọa độ rồi nhập X/Y/W/H ở Format → General → Properties để đặt visual thật đúng chỗ.

Context

Every recruitment dashboard in Power BI starts with the same groundwork: draw a background, pick colors, leave room for KPIs, charts and slicers, then line every visual up by hand. It takes hours, and each report ends up looking different.

HR & Recruitment Dashboard Builder does that groundwork for HR teams. The page templates follow the numbers a TA team tracks every day: requisitions, fulfillment, SLA, offer acceptance, the candidate funnel and the onboarding experience. Adjust the layout, export it as a background and place your real visuals on top.

Using it in Power BI

1. Pick a frame: page size, navigation style and palette.
2. Lay out each page: drag, add or remove KPIs, charts, tables and slicers.
3. Export PNG 2× or SVG, plus the Power BI theme file.
4. In Power BI: Format → Canvas background, choose the image, Image fit = Fit, transparency 0%. Load the theme from View → Themes → Browse for themes.
5. Copy the coordinates and enter X/Y/W/H under Format → General → Properties to place each real visual exactly.
